My Story
For most of my life, I have worked with young children.
I trained as a nanny and spent decades supporting families and caring for babies and toddlers. Over time, I became a teacher and eventually a Nursery Principal, a role I loved deeply. Helping children learn, grow, and develop confidence in themselves was always at the heart of my work.
In 2019, everything changed.
I was diagnosed with an autoimmune spine disease that meant I had to step away from my role as nursery principal. After many years in education, leaving the classroom was one of the hardest decisions I had ever had to make.
But life has a way of opening new doors.
Through conversations with parents, I began to see how many families were struggling with potty learning and early childhood routines. Many felt overwhelmed, unsure where to turn, and often judged for things that are actually very normal parts of child development.
So I created Happy Families and later The Potty Queen Method™.
Today I work with parents across the world, helping them understand their children, approach potty learning with calm and confidence, and build family routines that truly support children’s development.
My mission is simple.
To help families feel supported, understood, and confident as they guide their children through the early years.
Because when parents feel supported, children thrive.
This is my purpose. I love helping families.

Why Become a Specialist in Potty Training?
After more than thirty years working with young children and families as a nanny, teacher, and nursery principal, I began to see how many parents were struggling with potty learning. Some felt pressured to rush the process, others felt judged when things didn’t go smoothly, and many were simply trying to figure it out on their own.
Through my work with hundreds of families, I realised that potty learning is not simply about removing a nappy. It is a developmental process that requires understanding, patience, and the right environment for children to build confidence in their bodies.
That is why I created The Potty Queen Method™. My mission is to help parents approach potty learning with calm, clarity, and respect for their child’s development, so families can move through this stage with confidence rather than stress.
